Thin, uniform shavings from a controlled planing process

Unlike a conventional branch chipper, this machine uses multiple cutter shafts to plane wood into curled flakes with a high surface area and low bulk density.

A powered carriage moves the raw material through the cutting zone at a steady rate. The blade specification is selected around the required shaving size, while the integrated conveyor continuously clears finished material for collection, drying, screening or packaging.
